I believe that Jesus is God and he died for my sins...I also believe the housing market is going to collapse soon. I'm not working with buyers without telling them my opinion on the matter. If you still want or need to buy a house with that knowledge, I'll help you find something. It's May 2024. We'll see how long it takes to reach the bottom.
