Joe is also a licensed residential appraiser of 30 plus years. We are both licensed in GA and NC, and I am also licensed in FL. We are originally from Atlanta. We started visiting the NC coast years ago and purchased investment property. A few years ago we decided to stop sharing our time between both states and made NC our official home and work full time as Broker Realtors.
