A Real Estate Broker for the past 34 years, Dave has comprehensive experience in brokerage, investment and redevelopment business as a principal and agent, with focus on the retail and investment property resale market. His career has spanned a broad spectrum of property and portfolio management including refurbishing bank-owned properties, buying, selling, renting, new construction, residential and commercial sales and leasing, Short Sales, and extensive REO work. Dave’s passion is bringing people together and making deals happen. Putting together large and complex deals comes naturally to Dave after working for nine years at IBM as a top sales/management executive and regional sales manager for the Western United States telecommunications division. Dave earned his BS at Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration/Real Estate Finance.
