His grandfather, Clyde, founded the business in 1920, and under the leadership of his father, Robert, it has evolved into one of the top real estate firms in West Michigan. Dan's journey in real estate began in 1993 when he joined Hendrick Property Management, overseeing Condominium/Homeowner Associations and managing more than 250 residential rental units. Transitioning to residential sales in 1997, Dan demonstrated his prowess in the field. In 1999, he spearheaded the development of the New Homes & Land Development division for what was then Prudential Clyde Hendrick Realtors.
